Configuring initiator used based authentication for targets

• Select the “Shares and targets” main menu item on the left of the screen.

• Select the “ISCSI Targets” sub menu tab.

• The list of existing targets will then be displayed.

• Click on the “View details” button corresponding to the desired target

• Click on the “Add an initiator authentication user” button in the User Based Authentication section.

• You will be prompted for the following information before it is added :

User's username : A username for this user.

Password/Confirm password : Select a password for this user.
